I am a Product and Design leader with over 17 years of experience transforming early ideas into consumer facing products that people love. Several of those products have been recognized with industry awards.

Throughout my career, I have operated as both a maker and a leader, contributing directly to product and design while mentoring teams, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams navigate uncertainty to move forward with confidence. I am most comfortable in complex problem spaces where constraints are real and clarity has to be earned.

I partner with executive leadership to shape product strategy and roadmaps, then lead design and work alongside engineering through development, turning ambiguity into products that hold up in the real world.

I care deeply about making sense of complex realities, earning clarity through understanding, and building products and teams that hold up under real world conditions.

Outside of work, I try to find time for a few quick runs on the mountain. It mirrors how I approach product work, reading the terrain, committing to a line, and adapting as conditions shift.
