👋 I'm Brandon Pimentel, a Product and Design leader based in Los Angeles with over 17 years of experience transforming early ideas into consumer facing products that people love. A few of them have even been recognized with industry awards.

Throughout my career, I have operated as both a maker and a leader, contributing directly to product, development and design while mentoring teams, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams navigate uncertainty to move forward with confidence. I'm most at home in complex problem spaces where constraints are real and finding clarity needs to be earned.

I partner with executive leadership to shape product strategy and roadmaps, then lead design and work alongside engineering through development, turning ambiguity into products that hold up in the real world.

I care deeply about making sense of complex realities, earning clarity through understanding, and building products and teams that hold up under real world conditions.

Outside of work, I try to find time for a few quick runs on the mountain ⛷️. Reading the terrain, committing to a line, and adapting as conditions shift… much like product work itself.
