Lead Experience Designer for The Parthenon Group + Weber Shandwick
Architecting a Brand Experience

Translating the IRL experience of partnering with a leading Boston consultancy into a digital transformation that converts.
From corporate, to bold positioning
The Parthenon Group needed a redesigned .com presence after the career site our team designed and built for them proved successful at attracting top candidates.
The goal now? Reposition the firm as entrepreneurial, cutting edge, and boutique. Stepping far from the generic corporate mold.
Drawing inspiration from space and spirit
Their Boston office blended Victorian history with modern edge—tufted leather next to bold blues, classical busts beside minimalist walls.
As Lead Experience Designer, I translated this physical identity into a digital framework that nodded to history while signaling foresight.
Letting users shape their own journey
Through audits, heuristic analysis, and use case mapping, I identified opportunities to make content consumption adaptive.
We built a database-driven site where the user’s interest dictated the content flow, while passively communicating brand value and empowering exploration.
A consultancy redefined
The new site repositioned Parthenon as nimble, entrepreneurial, and boutique.
Its digital experience aligned with their culture and designed to stand apart from traditional corporate consultancies.
